Human Resources
Tru-Temp believes that the people employed are the company and via the employees we can accomplish our motto of “Success through Service”.

Therefore we invest in our staff by creating various opportunities. It still remains the responsibility of the individual to grow and develop.

Initiatives such as team building, in-service training, formal training, staff newsletter, Employee of the Quarter Program, Long Service Awards, etc. have been implemented.

Tru-Temp endeavors to meet all legal requirements in the Human Resource field.

An Employee Assistance Program is also available and includes counseling services with a registered social worker if required.
